Nora is pretty, undeniably cute these days.
When she is clean, she sparkles with two sweet little girl pony tales and little ringlets around her face but she isn't clean for long.
My most recent favorite quote is, "Momma, Garrett is being un-scusting!" When we talk about potty words, discussing when and where they are appropriate she always keeps the conversation going way too long and bouncing back and forth over the bathroom door threshold saying, "It's ok to say poo-poo here (inside bathroom), but not here (outside bathroom), but you can say poo-poo here (inside), but don't say poo-poo here" (outside, with a sly smile)......repeat until dizzy.
She tells me I am her "gorgeous momma," at which I have to laugh every time. Usually followed by a very dramatic kiss.
She has a great dance move these days where she sort of kicks one leg over the other in a hoppy jiggish move. It cracks me up - especially when Chris joins in.
She won't let her brothers get too far away from her and she has sweetly decided that she needs to help Ian take the compost out every time even though it is his chore.
She is ready for training wheels on a big girl bike and Chicka Chicka Boom Boom is her new favorite book.
She loves to quote the Queen from our Muzzy movies, sticking out her belly and saying, "Soy Gorda, soy gorda, soy gorda!"
Strawberries are still the number one food and at least one carton curiously finds its way into my shopping basket on each grocery trip whether on the list or not.
She is super sweet at her school and is loving her teachers and friends, though she despises the requirement to sit in the carpool line and wait to pick up Ian.
She and Ian are so alike some times it takes my breath and yet she and Garrett can be right in step the minute after.
At our Bible Study time she answers "Jesus" or "Moses" for almost every question - which in some way is almost always right - though the boys have to roll their eyes.
She is a ball of energy and a lot of fun - I am sure there is more fun to come!

What a wonderful description of Nora! You (and your kids) will treasure this blog as they get older. I love how you record all the little things before busy lives obliterate that little snippet of their lives from your memory.
