For Career Day Ian debated between a Scuba Diver and an Artist. He might still be a Scuba Diver some day, but the Artist won out this time due to costuming issues. He might even be a scuba diving artist - who knows? We were invited to a fun luncheon at shool with all the "little adults" and learned about their future careers and lives. Ian was a single, 35 year old who loves to paint. He makes $2000 a year and sells paintings for $20. He recently painted the Eiffel Tower and his larger paintings only take 2 hours to complete. He drives a truck and has won numerous contests with a prize of $20 and a mini-trophy.
Hands-down, Veterinarian was the most popular profession with a pediatrician, rock star, cowboy/harmonica player, racecar driver and home builder rounding out the rest.

Oh, very cute. I thought he was a pirate upon first glance. Glad to hear that is not plan for his future. ;-) An artist, what a fab idea. Maybe he can pain the outside of his mama's house when she needs touch ups.
