I am sure it is no surprise to anyone that getting a picture of all three of my children looking at the camera and naturally smiling proves increasingly difficult if not impossible. Each year I end up settling on a pretty good picture and laughing at the others. I do love the rest of them, but they just don't show our best side - which is more the truth, I suppose.

I have found the only way to have the slightest chance of a good picture is to put all three of my children up in a tree balancing precariously and having to hold on to one another.

Can't wait to do it again next year.
