Chris just returned from a trip to Dogfish Head Brewery in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, now not only famous for its beers, but also the show Brew Masters on Discovery Channel. Instead of "wine dinners" they do "beer dinners" at their restaurant/pub outlet and this particular dinner was featuring some of our products so Chris and one of our sales guys got the invite.
Dinner was a Southwestern theme including antelope tamales, wild boar sausage stuffed poblano peppers, quail on polenta and flan with wild boar bacon whipped cream for dessert.
The whipped cream was a huge hit according to Chris.
I was glad to see some of these glasses still full.
Chris hit the snow covered beaches and drove up to Ocean City for an afternoon as well.
I think it was a welcome break and a good way to meet with some old and maybe new customers.
