Broken Arrow Ranch was representing at the Fredricksburg Food and Wine Show on Saturday. Chris, myself and one of Chris's salesmen John worked our booth all day long. We sliced a crazy amount of sausage to rave reviews. It is always a joy to see people try our products. No matter what preconcieved notions they have of venison or wild game meats they are always astounded at how good our products are. We head up to do another Food Show in Dallas on Thursday. Hopefully we will have the same response.
